The scent of the month thing sounded gimmicky at first, but I've ended up looking forward to each box. The 1oz oil absorbs fast without leaving my beard greasy, and the monthly rotation keeps me from getting bored with one smell.

The 2oz balm actually lasts me a full month, which I didn't expect from a subscription box. Getting a different scent every time keeps it interesting instead of me just rebuying the same boring one. My beard's softer than it's been in years.

I used to buy beard oil separately and never touched the balm, but the 2oz tin in this box actually convinced me to start using both. The balm melts down fast in my palms and my beard stays put through a whole workday instead of frizzing out by noon.
