The rose scent is soft and a little green, not the fake perfumey kind I was bracing for. It lathers well for a sulfate-free formula and the 8oz bottle has lasted me about six weeks. My skin doesn't feel tight after showering anymore.
I was worried this would smell like my grandma's soap, but the desert rose is actually light and a little sweet. A little goes a long way, so the 8oz bottle is lasting me way longer than the stuff I used to buy at the drugstore.
