The peppermint scent is what sold me, and it's strong without being overwhelming. The balm goes on smooth instead of gritty like the last one I tried, and my beard actually looks finished after a quick rub-through.
The balm tames my beard fine and a little goes a long way, so the tin will last a while. The peppermint scent is stronger than I was expecting though, and it fades slower than I'd like, which gets a bit much by the end of the day.
